Though they knew the place was haunted,
Harbor views they really wanted.
So they signed the lease, undaunted,
The Teneleven crew.

Sure enough, they were harassed
Stalked by ghosts of tenants past
Blue Crab zombies, Real World cast,
It was a ghastly zoo.

Who could work? It was too strange
So a deal, they did arrange
Hauntings ceased and in exchange
One ghoulish request:

The beasts and spirits banished here
Could throw a party once a year
Drink their beer, conjure fear...
